RestoHub is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

3. User Accounts

Sellers are solely responsible for the content of their listings.

You have disclosed material information that may affect a buyer's purchasing decision. Images accurately represent the vehicle being offered.

RestoHub may remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers acknowledge that:

Vehicle information is provided by sellers. RestoHub does not verify the accuracy of vehicle listings. Buyers should conduct independent inspections and checks before purchasing. Buyers should verify ownership, vehicle history, mileage, condition, and legal status before completing a transaction. 6. Subscription Services

Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

Subscription fees are charged as displayed at the time of purchase. Fees may be charged on a recurring basis until cancelled. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and charges. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing upon reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

You are solely responsible for content you post.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform, including software, branding, logos, text, graphics, and design, belong to RestoHub or its licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Platform content without prior written permission.

10. Marketplace Disclaimer

RestoHub acts solely as a venue for connecting buyers and sellers.

RestoHub:

Does not guarantee the accuracy of listings. Does not guarantee vehicle quality, condition, ownership, or legality. Does not guarantee that transactions will be completed. Does not participate in negotiations between users. Does not provide legal, financial, mechanical, or vehicle inspection services.

All transactions are conducted at the user's own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestoHub shall not be liable for:

Any disputes between buyers and sellers. Vehicle defects, misrepresentations, or fraud. Financial losses arising from transactions. Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities. Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RestoHub, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the Platform. Your breach of these Terms. Your violation of applicable laws. Any dispute involving your listings or transactions. 13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time if:

You violate these Terms. We suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity. We believe your actions may harm other users or the Platform.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before termination.
